Job summary

PJT Partners in New York seeks an Industrials Analyst to join the Strategic Advisory team. You will participate in deal execution and business development, supporting blue‑chip client engagements across industries such as manufacturing, transportation, and industrials services.

You will perform financial analysis and modeling, prepare client presentations and memoranda, conduct market research, coordinate time-sensitive processes, and contribute to recruiting efforts as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an Industrials group at a bulge bracket or boutique advisory firm or in other relevant field.
• Analytical and detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resume must be in PDF format.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and modeling.
• Drafting of client presentations.
• Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use.
• Conducting financial and other business-related research.
