Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree to be conferred by Dec 2026 or Spring 2027.
• SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 to be acquired within 150 days of employment.
• Internship or prior finance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and contribute to client presentations with senior bankers and attorneys.
• Assist in building complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Draft internal and client-facing documents including management presentations and pitchbooks.
• Perform client due diligence and prepare information memoranda and transaction-related docs.
• Support development of strategic frameworks and tools to aid business development.
• Conduct sector research and analyze market trends to inform recommendations.
• Gather data, test hypotheses, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
