Job summary

Textron is seeking a Sr Specialist in Industrialization who will be responsible for the execution and optimization of blow molding processes at their Americas locations. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically with plastic blow molded fuel tanks.

The ideal candidate will manage the sampling process and ensure timely documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive results are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in tooling/welding/assembly for plastic blow-molded fuel tanks.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric systems is essential.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sampling execution and process optimization for blow molding.
• Ensure timely availability of parts according to specifications.
• Document process parameters and sampling results accurately.
• Support the Industrialization Manager in defining objectives and timelines.
