Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a 12-month manufacturing readiness program in Greenville, SC. You will lead industrialization projects, integrate schedules, and coordinate across CAPEX, CAD/CAM, Deployment, Development, Quality, and Production teams to ensure on-time startup.

The role requires hands-on, technically grounded leadership, advanced Smartsheet proficiency, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of project management experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent industrialization projects, including line modifications for capacity increases.
• Integrate multiple complex schedules into a single master project plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across CAPEX, CAD/CAM, Deployment, Development, Quality, and Production.
• Build and maintain Smartsheet project architectures from scratch, including templates, automated workflows, and dashboards.
• Drive disciplined handoff from project execution to production ownership.
