Job summary

Encode Inc in Wade Hampton, SC is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead industrialization and manufacturing readiness projects. You will bridge machine installation through full operational readiness, coordinating schedules, resources, and interdependencies across technical and support teams.

You will build Smartsheet project architectures, provide real-time schedule visibility, and drive disciplined handoffs from project execution to production ownership in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
5–10 years of project management experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
PMP certification strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent industrialization projects, including line modifications and new line installations.
Integrate multiple schedules (machine installation, tooling, programming, qualification) into a single master plan.
Build and maintain Smartsheet architectures, templates, workflows, and dashboards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across CAPEX, CAD/CAM, Deployment, Development, Quality, and Fixture movement.
