Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading new manufacturing program launches and capital equipment projects.
• Experience managing equipment commissioning, validation, and production handover.
• Strong background with custom automation equipment, machine builders, and system integrators.
• Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment and complex control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization activities for new manufacturing programs and capital equipment projects, manage budgets, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, and production launch with cross-functional teams.
• Develop manufacturing layouts, assembly methods, and improvement initiatives to raise capacity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and problem-solving during equipment installation and production startup.
