Contract Industrial Tooling (C-I-T) in Richmond, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to prepare steel parts, apply primers and wet coats to customer specifications, and operate spray guns and related equipment.
You will inspect finishes, monitor paint flow, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting productivity and quality targets. First and second shifts available; benefit package includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching.
Picture your day: the booth lights up, gauges steady, and a steel assembly rotates into position. Whether you start at 6:00 a.m. or 2:30 p.m., your precision keeps production on time and quality on point.
This role is based in a manufacturing environment and routinely uses paint equipment. During normal duties you may occasionally encounter loud noise, fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Work may involve chemicals with hazardous exposure profiles as detailed on accessible Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Expect exposure to significant temperature changes during an eight-hour shift.
