Atlantic Track & Turnout Co. is seeking a Welder I in Memphis, TN to join a day shift team from 6:00am to 2:30pm. The role involves reading instructions, welding (MIG/Stick), crane operation, and assembling parts with attention to safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of welding experience and AWS certification. The position supports the production of rail and structural components, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities to improve processes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial welding experience.
• Must pass AWS welding certification.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs; on-site Memphis, TN.

Responsabilidades

• Reads and interprets work instructions, blueprints, and reference documents.
• Operates cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts to assist with moving material.
• Performs MIG and Stick welding (3/8 bead with flux core wire) and assembles material as needed.
• Maintains safety and quality mindset and communicates issues to supervisors.
