Job summary

Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group, a leader in soil stabilization and ground improvement, seeks a Welder/Fabricator for our fabrication shop. You will weld, fabricate, and assemble components and equipment used in soil stabilization projects, ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires reading blueprints, following project specs, and collaborating with maintenance and logistics teams to support project readiness. Strong welding skills (MIG/TIG/Stick) and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Weld, fabricate, and assemble metal components per specs.
• Read blueprints and fabrication plans to produce accurate parts.
• Inspect finished work for quality and alignment.
