Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably in water/wastewater, pumps or municipal infrastructure.
• Proven success in industrial sales with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in defined markets.
• Present equipment, repair services and solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals and support projects.
