Job summary

Jayco Talent seeks an Industrial Project Manager with a strong background in water/wastewater construction to oversee major municipal and industrial infrastructure projects. You will coordinate electrical scopes, instrumentation, controls, and utility systems while leading field crews and managing safety, quality, and performance.

You will build and maintain schedules, manage subcontractors, procure materials, and ensure compliance with complex specifications and municipal requirements,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or heavy civil project management experience.
• Proven background in water/wastewater or municipal utility infrastructure.
• Experience working alongside electrical teams or managing projects with electrical/controls components.
• Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and utility construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water/wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and pipeline projects.
• Coordinate electrical scopes, instrumentation, controls, and utility systems.
• Schedule, oversee subcontractors, procure, and manage daily field operations.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, safety standards, and municipal requirements.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Lead field crews with focus on quality, safety, and performance.
