Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Field Service Representative in Lincoln, NE to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will act as the primary technical liaison with industrial customers, performing installation, maintenance, and testing while building strong relationships.

The role requires 2–5 years in instrumentation/electronics or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training is required.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.
• Obtain samples and perform water testing to include pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc and enter data into Veolia’s trending platform (Insight).
• Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams.
• Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions.
• Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery.
