Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service and act as the liaison between Veolia and industrial customers. You will install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, and instrumentation while building strong customer relationships.

You will perform water testing, analyze results, calibrate systems, and provide training and recommendations. Travel within the territory is required, and safety and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2–5 years of experience in instrumentation and electronics or plant operations.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation at customer sites.
• Perform water testing, collect samples, and input data into the trend platform.
• Provide expert recommendations and train customer management and technical staff.
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Maintain detailed service reports and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Support multiple sites within an assigned territory and coordinate with sales.
