Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Water Blaster to support industrial cleaning operations in manufacturing environments on the 3rd weekend shift (Friday–Sunday), performing high-pressure water blasting and detailed cleaning tasks to keep production areas safe and efficient.

You will operate blasting equipment, follow OSHA and MPW safety policies, and help train new team members while delivering quality work within established timelines.

Qualifications

• Must follow OSHA regulations and MPW safety policies.
• Dependable worker who completes tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Team-oriented with clear communication.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate, inspect and maintain blasting equipment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial water blasting and cleaning safely and efficiently.
• Clean production floors, equipment, and work areas as assigned.
• Remove residue from under equipment and surroundings.
• Detail clean paint booths, ovens, and other production equipment.
• Cover cleaned areas with plastic or paper as directed to support production needs.
• Maintain water blasting equipment and set up tools/nozzles as required.
• Train new employees and assist teammates on the job.
• Follow MPW safety policies and report safety or equipment concerns.
