Job summary

MPW Industrial Service Group is seeking a dependable Water Blaster to support industrial cleaning operations in manufacturing environments. You will perform high-pressure water blasting and general cleaning tasks while adhering to MPW safety standards.

The role requires safety focus, physical stamina, and the ability to work Thursday through Sunday 4:00pm–2:30am. Training will be provided and you will join a team committed to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• OSHA compliance and safe work practices are required.
• Team-oriented with effective communication to supervisors and coworkers.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and operation of equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial water blasting and cleaning safely and efficiently.
• Clean production floors, equipment, and work areas.
• Remove residue from underneath equipment and surrounding areas.
• Detail clean paint booths, ovens, and designated production equipment.
• Set up water blasting equipment, including changing nozzles and spray guns.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and assist with training.
