Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Technician for the Chippewa Falls facility. You will operate the wastewater system, monitor effluent quality, and ensure all regulatory limits are met while preparing hazardous waste for shipment and maintaining related records.

The role requires 1–3 years in water/wastewater, high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and ability to work independently with safety as a priority. Training provided for EPA and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associates preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in water and wastewater treatment systems preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate; compliance with EPA/RCRA standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems to keep effluent within regulations.
• Perform chemical analyses and ensure compliance with hazardous waste regulations.
• Prepare hazardous waste for shipment following DOT and EPA rules.
• Inspect and troubleshoot water treatment equipment; coordinate with maintenance.
• Participate in annual RCRA and DOT training.
