Qualifications

• ABET accredited engineering degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical fields
• EIT certification preferred
• On track to take PE licensure exam or existing PE licensure a plus
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license required
• TWIC access needed for some facilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary and detailed designs for industrial wastewater treatment systems
• Conduct treatability tests, pilot-scale testing and field work
• Support wastewater and stormwater permitting efforts
• Assist senior staff with proposals and reports
• Monitor construction phase of projects
• Conduct sampling events (stormwater, wastewater)
• Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models
• Perform engineering calculations
• Travel/field work (daytime and overnight, usually in U.S.)
