Job summary

TAS Environmental Services L.P. seeks a Project Manager to lead and coordinate industrial service projects and field operations, with strong waste management expertise and client-facing responsibilities including quote creation.

This role focuses on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while guiding field teams through complex operations. Responsibilities include planning and executing projects, supervising crews, managing waste handling and documentation, and delivering accurate quotes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial field services and waste management.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record and TWIC card.
• Strong understanding of industrial cleaning techniques and waste handling procedures.
• Experience in quote creation, waste management, and client communication.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work in field conditions.
• Certifications such as 40-Hour HAZWOPER, OSHA 30, or RCRA/DOT are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage industrial service projects including tank/containment cleaning, excavation, vacuum/air mover truck operations, spill clean-up, and confined space entry.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Oversee the handling, packaging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Prepare detailed project quotes and proposals based on scope, labor, equipment, and disposal costs.
• Provide post-project reviews and client feedback summaries and support internal reporting.
