Job summary

EFCO Corp. seeks a Maintenance Technician in Columbus, OH to maintain and repair industrial equipment and manage building and grounds on site. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose malfunctions, and ensure lockout/tagout safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include maintaining facilities, equipment, and safety compliance, with emphasis on detail, independence, and adherence to EFCO's safety culture and core values. Onsite, full-time role with physical demands as described.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in maintenance, mechanics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or warehouse maintenance.
• Other: Familiarity with mechanical systems, electrical repair, and basic groundskeeping equipment; strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment; diagnose and repair malfunctions; observe lockout/tagout procedures.
• Facilities and Grounds: maintain grounds and facilities to meet standards; keep clean and organized work area and signs.
• Safety: ensure compliance with federal/local safety regulations; use protective equipment and report hazards.
