Industrial Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) for pulling and preparing outbound orders.
2. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
3. Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials promptly.
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace, participating with the team to keep the facility safe and accident-free.
6. Potentially perform driver duties as required.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with quick learning ability for our systems.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Benefits & Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $17.41 - $26.11 per hour, with potential for bonuses or incentives. Compensation may vary based on location and wage regulations.
