Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Industrial Vacuum Truck Operator in California to handle, position, move and operate equipment for industrial services. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and hands-on equipment work.

Compensation starts at $35 per hour and increases with experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement with matching contributions, vacation, life insurance, EAP, referral programs, and training opportunities. Per diem is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Class B CDL is required (Class A preferred).
• Tanker endorsement required or must be obtained shortly after hire.
• No automatic restriction; must be legally permitted to operate a manual shift truck.

Responsibilities

• Drives and operates Liquid Vacuum Truck and/or Air mover vehicles.
• Assists with set up of cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps and hydro-blasting equipment.
• Completes safety paperwork and follows training, guidelines, and procedures.
• Works safely around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous environments.
• Inspects equipment and work area before starting a job and informs supervisor of deficiencies.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials for the completion of industrial services. What You'll Be Doing

• Drives and operates Liquid Vacuum Truck and/or Air mover vehicles.
• Assists with set up of all necessary cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, in service line hydro-blasting equipment and Tank Cleaning equipment such as hoses and pumps.
• Completes all safety paperwork and complies with all operational training, guidelines, and procedures.
• Works safely around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial environments.
• Assists in inspecting equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area before starting any job. Inform crew lead or supervisor of deficiencies, which may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
