Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an Industrial Vacuum Truck Operator to safely drive and operate Liquid Vacuum Truck and/or Air mover vehicles as part of hydro‑excavation services.

You will assist with equipment setup, complete safety paperwork, and work in industrial environments, following all procedures and training. A High School diploma and a valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred) with tanker endorsement are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B CDL; Class A preferred.
• Tank endorsement required or obtained shortly after hire.
• No automatic restriction; legally permitted to operate a manual shift truck.

Responsibilities

• Drives and operates Liquid Vacuum Truck and/or Air mover vehicles.
• Assists with set up of high‑pressure pumps, hydro‑blasting and tank cleaning equipment.
• Completes safety paperwork and follows training and procedures.
• Works safely around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous environments.
• Inspects equipment and informs supervisor of deficiencies before starting work.

Are you enthusiastic about safe operation of industrial vacuum equipment? Join the Badger team as an Industrial Vacuum Truck Operator! In this role, you'll be responsible for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials for the completion of industrial services. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of essential industrial work.

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drives and operates Liquid Vacuum Truck and/or Air mover vehicles.
• Assists with set up of all necessary cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, in service line hydro-blasting equipment and Tank Cleaning equipment such as hoses and pumps.
• Completes all safety paperwork and complies with all operational training, guidelines, and procedures.
• Works safely around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial environments.
• Assists in inspecting equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area before starting any job. Inform crew lead or supervisor of deficiencies, which may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
