Job summary

Vytalogy Wellness LLC is seeking a qualified Utility Technician to inspect, operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility utility systems to support safe and reliable manufacturing operations. The role covers steam generators, cooling towers, AHUs, generators, and related equipment.

You will read blueprints, document maintenance in CMMS, and work with leadership to plan preventive maintenance and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in mechanical maintenance, industrial maintenance, utilities, or a related field preferred.
Experience with industrial machinery and utility systems.

Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and components in power generation and facility utility equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on steam generators, cooling towers, AHUs, generators, air compression systems, and other auxiliary systems.
Operate and monitor control systems including the building management system.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the CMMS.
Collaborate with Maintenance leadership to plan schedules and optimize equipment performance.
Replace worn parts and assist with new equipment installations.
Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
Fabricate tools, rigging, and parts as needed.
Monitor electrical distribution systems and report safety concerns.
