Job summary

Vytalogy Wellness LLC in Haslet, TX is seeking a dedicated Utility Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility utility systems, ensuring safe, reliable manufacturing. You will maintain steam generators, cooling towers, AHUs, generators, air compressors, and electrical distribution, while documenting in the CMMS and coordinating with Maintenance leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Experience with industrial machinery and utility systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals and equipment documentation.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in industrial settings.
• Experience using CMMS to document maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and components in power generation and facility utility equipment.
• Maintain routine maintenance on steam generators, cooling towers, AHUs, generators, air compression systems, and other auxiliary systems.
• Operate and monitor building management/controls systems to ensure proper equipment function.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections and equipment status.
• Collaborate with Maintenance leadership to plan maintenance schedules and optimize equipment performance.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and assist with installation of new equipment and system improvements.
• Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime and disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Fabricate tools, rigging, and replacement parts as needed to support maintenance activities.
