Andersen Corporation, including Renewal by Andersen, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair electric, propane, gasoline and diesel powered industrial trucks and support lean manufacturing efforts. The role requires flexibility in shifts and a commitment to ongoing education.

You will perform advanced diagnostics, part replacements, and safety checks, while upholding safety policies and contributing to a safe, efficient production environment.

Competenze

• Thorough knowledge of powered truck construction and auto mechanics with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Understand electrical diagrams (block, single line, schematic, wiring, raceway).
• Skilled with hand and power tools, diagnostic devices, and precision measurement tools.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance of automotive equipment.
• Understanding of P.I.T. Cost of Ownership during repairs and service.
• Knowledge of power drive train systems and hydraulic lifting mechanisms.
• Familiar with valve actuators in hydraulic systems.
• Able to crawl under and move around equipment to perform repairs.
• Basic computer skills and good electrical aptitude.
• Trained and compliant with Electrical LOTO per NFPA 70E.

• Supports PIT battery strategies and liquid propane depot.
• Determines timely repair and part replacement to equipment.
• Ensures safety standards and reports unsafe conditions per Safety Policy.
• Participates in training; provides a yearly training plan for approval.
• Keeps workspace clean, safe and organized.
• Provides input to supervisor on job performance.
• Supports lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Assists or performs other departmental tasks as directed.
