Job summary

The Ivy Tech Community College Franklin campus seeks an Industrial Technology Student Intern to gain supervised experience in an industrial lab aligned with INDT coursework and academic credit. The internship connects classroom learning with hands-on troubleshooting, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement under INDT faculty.

Expect to work 70 hours over 14 weeks, with Monday sessions 8–12 and 1–2:25 pm, participate in INDT/ADMF labs, and document activities while maintaining

• Enrolled in JCAMP cohort at Franklin campus.
• Interest in manufacturing equipment troubleshooting, safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Follow all college safety policies and training.
• Attend INDT/ADMF lab classes weekly for hands-on practice.
• Apply learned knowledge to real-world manufacturing scenarios.
• Observe and participate in activities related to INDT280 course outline.
