Job summary

Herc Rentals seeks an Industrial Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and calibrate a wide range of hand tools used in our industrial operations. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on tool experience.

You will work with a team to ensure reliability and proper tool maintenance. Responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols, performing diagnostics, calibrations per manufacturer specs, documenting work, loading/unloading in the warehouse, and supporting onsite tool projects

Qualifications

2 years of industrial technician experience.
A valid driver's license.
HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Adhere to safety protocols during maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with technicians and departments to support equipment reliability and safety.
Inspect, maintain and repair hand tools (manual and power) for safety and performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, identifying root causes.
Calibrate hand tools per manufacturer specs and industry standards.
Document maintenance, repairs, and calibrations with accurate records.
