Job summary

Quality Talent Group's client in the heavy manufacturing sector is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, installations, and replacements across a broad range of equipment. You will troubleshoot during operation, conduct safety-conscious inspections, and maintain thorough documentation.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year of experience in manufacturing, ability to work any shift, and willingness to work outdoors, at heights, in warm conditions, dusty spaces,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work any shift as required.
• Required to work outside, at heights, warm temperatures, and at times around and over water, in dusty environments and confined spaces.
• Prior experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial maintenance activities, make repairs, installations and replacements on a wide variety of equipment
• Troubleshoot and optimize equipment during operation and mechanical breakdowns
• Perform walk-by inspections & checklists on operating process plant
• Practice and promote safety in assessing risks before starting tasks
• Maintain documentation and plan and organize work
