Job summary

S & K Technologies, Inc. is hiring an Engineering Technician II in Salem, Oregon. The role focuses on standardized mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical maintenance to support torpedo operations.

You will follow approved work instructions and procedures to disassemble, inspect, assemble, test, and repair components. Recurring tasks are performed with limited supervision, with more complex work reviewed as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience supporting industrial operations preferred.
• Experience assembling, servicing, repairing, or testing mechanical or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience following controlled procedures, work instructions, shop orders, or technical documentation.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, test equipment, or production systems.
• Torpedo, ordnance, depot-maintenance, military, manufacturing, or Government industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repair of Torpedo Components (Disassembly, Assembly, and Repair).
• Conducting and Reporting Results from Testing, Inspection, and Troubleshooting.
• Performing Heavy Industrial Cleaning and Component Preparation.
• Maintaining Records and Processing Documentation and Production Support.
• Performs and Ensures all Safety, Quality, and Material Handling.
