Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter who can work safely under high-pressure situations.
• Must have experience in aggregate or agricultural millwright services.
• Must be capable of performing skilled labor for up to 12 hours a day.
• Must be able to work on equipment 50+ feet in the air on occasion.
• Must be willing to travel for work with some overnight travel necessary.
• Must be dependable and operate with a high level of integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Welding & fabricating experience is a plus.

This role requires advanced knowledge and skills in mechanical systems, precision alignment, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance and operational efficiency.

Work Location and Travel

• The main offices are located at 1171 Grill Rd. Van Wert, OH 45891 and 4415 Professional Parkway, Groveport, OH 43125.
• Travel to client and customer sites is required.
• Days and hours of work may vary at times to include some evenings and weekends.

Work Environment

• Working environment is often in harsh elements (hot/humid and/or cold temperatures, rain, etc.).
• Industrial environments often have exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other safety-sensitive hazards/risks.
• Must always be alert and able to safely perform the essential duties of the job without risking harm to oneself or others.

Physical Requirements
