Job summary

Vonachen Group in Tupelo, MS seeks a Full-Time Supervisor for 1st shift to oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will lead a diverse team, monitor performance, and coordinate with management to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all shift personnel through leading, guiding and mentoring.
• Provide feedback on performance and discipline as necessary.
• Ensure workload is completed in a timely, efficient manner.
