Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused and able to work with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Encourages, redirects, corrects, and documents employee performance as appropriate.
• Aids coworkers to meet customer demands and coordinate cleaning of restricted areas.
• Cleaning tasks: dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal.
• Stock and organize janitor closets and supply rooms.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report safety risks.
• Monitor building security and site-specific safety protocols.
• Facilitate inspections to ensure quality and scope of work.
• Conduct hiring interviews as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
