Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technician II to support the startup of a new manufacturing facility in Prince George, VA. The role focuses on production layout and process improvements, entering data in IEDB, and creating process visuals under the guidance of the Industrial Engineering team.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, basic analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with PC tools including MS Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Broad range of industrial engineering tools including work measurement, process mapping and workstation design.
• Attention to detail and data integrity when updating systems.
• Basic analytical ability and communication skills.
• Proficient with a PC and MS Office, Visio, Project; AutoCAD skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing an area for a line move or process change.
• Update the Product-Process-Time database (IEDB) as directed.
• Update/Create production visuals per Industrial Engineer guidance.
• Order, receive, and validate tooling as directed.
• Support standardized processes and data integrity site-wide.
