Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA is starting a new factory startup for large-form-factor equipment. The role supports building operations and onboarding staff, wiring, and creating process flows from ground up. You’ll work on panel and point-to-point wiring, medium/high power electronics, and assist in test solution development.

The position is on-site with a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Monday to Friday shift and offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities within a global manufacturing leader.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling panels and point-to-point wiring for electronic assemblies.
• Familiarity with Medium/Low Voltage and high power electronic systems.
• Strong PC skills and ability to use company software tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Test Engineer in developing and commissioning test solutions.
• Provide deliverables to support production test and manufacturing operations.
• Assist in building testers, fixtures and environmental tooling as required.
• Coordinate training and documentation for test operations and solutions implemented.
• Monitor test yields, efficiency, and uptime; report targets for improvement.
