Job summary

RIE Coatings, LLC. is seeking an Industrial Sprayer to apply liquid coatings to metal parts in our Minnesota facility. Primary hours run Monday–Friday with overtime options; starting pay is $17 per hour, plus quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance.

You will follow production schedules, use spray equipment and measurement tools, and ensure coating quality meets standards. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with industrial spray/paint is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Works well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Apply liquid coatings to metal parts using industrial spray equipment.
• Check coated parts to ensure quality and uniform appearance.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Use viscosity cups, micrometers, and calipers for quality checks.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment; keep work area organized.
• Work safely around paints, coatings, and chemicals.
• Assist with production tasks to keep processes moving.

Pay: Starting at $17/hour (more depending on experience) + quarterly bonus opportunities

Schedule

• Regular Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Overtime Hours: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Pitch in where needed to help keep production moving.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires you to:

• Be on your feet for most of the shift.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds.
• Bend, twist, reach, and perform overhead work throughout the day.
