Job summary

RIE Coatings, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Sprayer to apply liquid coatings to metal parts in our manufacturing facility. You will operate spray equipment and help ensure coatings meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can read work instructions and basic blueprints, and works well both independently and in a team. Starting pay is $17/hour with quarterly bonus opportunities, plus steady hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with industrial spraying or paint preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good attention to detail and steady hand‑eye coordination.
• Team player with a dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Apply liquid coatings to metal parts using industrial spray equipment.
• Check coating quality against standards.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Use viscosity cups, micrometers, and calipers.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and keep area organized.
• Work safely around paints, coatings, and chemicals.
• Pitch in where needed to keep production moving.
