Responsibilities include handling coatings, operating lifting equipment, and maintaining productivity within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. High school diploma and safety certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts is essential.
• Must pass a pulmonary fit test to meet safety and health standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean surfaces by removing grease, dirt, and other contaminants using solvents and cleaners.
• Select and mix coating liquids to match colors and specs.
• Pour coating liquids into spray containers and adjust spray equipment for width and pressure.
• Skillfully apply primers and finishing coats with the spray gun for even coverage.
• Remove rust from metal surfaces as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Operate overhead cranes and monorail paint hoists to position items for painting.
