Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman painter with IUPAT District Council 36, Local Union 823 eligibility.
• Strong airless spray production experience.
• OSHA 10 certificate (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Aerial lift certification covering boom and scissor lifts.
• Fit for duty examination clearance.
• Must pass a ten-panel drug screen and background check.
• Commitment to 10–12 months on the project, local NM possible.
• Ability to work with limited direct supervision.
• Preferred: OSHA 30, forklift certification, wall covering experience.

Responsibilities

• Airless spray production is the core of the job.
• Work from scissor lifts on walls up to 30 feet.
• Overhead dryfall spray on exposed structure and corridors.
• Cut and roll finish work in corridors and rooms with ceilings.
• Pre-catalyzed epoxy on hollow metal doors and frames.
• Masking and floor protection where flooring exists.
• Spotting for lift work and material deliveries.
