Requirements include an indentured apprenticeship through IUPAT District Council 36, Local Union 823, OSHA 10 certification, aerial lift certification, and the ability to pass a drug

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• Aerial lift certification is required.
• Indentured apprenticeship through IUPAT District Council 36, Local Union 823.
• Must pass a ten-panel drug screen and background check.
• Willing to commit to 10–12 months and 60-hour weeks.

Responsibilities

• Prep and production support for the spray crew: masking, floor protection, and moving materials.
• Spotting for lift work and material deliveries; certification required before start.
• Work from scissor lifts; walls up to about 30 feet.
• Cut and roll finish work in corridors, admin areas, and rooms with ceilings.
• Perform airless spray work as skills permit; learn on extensive wall surfaces.
