We strive to recruit the best talent in the industry and give employees opportunities for continuing education and training to help them advance in their careers.$1000 Sign on Bonus when you join our Team!**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Correctly read and interpret shop orders for correct paint color and options* Utilize airless and/or conventional spray equipment for application of paints, lacquers, or enamels to metal surface where medium quality finish is required; ensure work assignments pass process checks and final inspection* Maintain and keep equipment and area in a safe, clean condition and working order* Utilize automated or manual monorail for moving product in and out of paint booth* Clean and maintain, on a daily basis, equipment used in the paint booth* Utilize hoist, cranes, and lift tables* Prepare surfaces for painting as required by cleaning or other methods as required* Comply with all company environmental policy* May do masking and two-toning and operate drying equipment* Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.* Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.**Minimum Qualifications*** No minimum education required* No prior experience required* Must adhere to all safety rules and requirements, including proper use and fit of respirators and other personal protective equipment.
