Beamex is a global company serving 14,000+ clients across 140 different countries and specializing in an array of industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, utilities, and more!

Position highlights:

As the Solutions Engineer, you will work with the sales team attending discovery meetings and to educate prospective clients on technology & services offering design customer solutions for clients based on their industries and work directly with existing clients regarding feedback and questions.

Responsibilities for the Industrial Solutions Engineer:

• Technical Sales Support:
  • Define system configurations, including hardware and software architecture, tailored to customer needs and goals.
  • Offer proactive technical guidance to ensure the solutions align with customer expectations.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documents, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and reviews to ensure full adoption of the solutions.
  • Identify upselling opportunities based on customer requirements.
• Product & Market Expertise:
  • Develop deep expertise in industry-specific regulations across Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical Processing, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, and Petrochemical sectors.
  • Gather, analyze, and report customer feedback to advocate for product and service improvements.
• Technical Validation & Support:
  • Conduct technical reviews and approve customer quotes submitted by the Sales Team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer technical issues efficiently.

Requirements for the Industrial Solutions Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 4+ years experience working with customers providing complex system solutions, including design, integration, delivery and ongoing support.
• Must be willing to travel 50%-75% of the time to attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences.
• Experience in automation, electrical engineering, or calibration is a huge plus!
