Job summary

VIP Staffing in San Antonio, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Solderer to join our client's manufacturing team. The position starts ASAP and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm with pay at $16.50 per hour.

The role focuses on assembling electrical components for motor controls and industrial automation systems. You will solder wires, inspect work for quality, and maintain a clean work area throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Previous soldering or electrical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Electrical or automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solder wires, terminals, connectors, and electrical components.
• Assemble and wire control panels from schematics and work instructions.
