Job summary

A leading industrial services provider located in Youngstown, Ohio, seeks a supervisory individual to oversee site operations. The role involves collaborating with the Site Manager, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance programs, and coordinating administrative tasks. Candidates should possess an associate's degree in construction management or a related field, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of heavy equipment is beneficial. Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Construction Mgmt. or related field required.
• At least 3 years' prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with processing plants in a rock quarry or slag processing plant is a plus.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operations helpful.
• Experience administering a formal safety and maintenance program preferred.
• Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the staff at the site including safety and operations employees.
• Assist in coordinating the Safety/ISO Program.
• Assist with purchasing, maintenance, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure site compliance to maintenance and safety programs.
• Responsible for the site operation when the Site Manager is not available.
