Job summary

Bratney seeks a Site Superintendent to lead industrial and agricultural construction projects from mobilization through startup and closeout. You will coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and process scopes, manage field teams through foremen, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards on site.

The role requires seven years of construction experience, OSHA 30-hour and related trainings, and the ability to relocate and travel to project sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; construction management, engineering, technical, or trade education preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of construction experience, including at least three years in a superintendent or lead role.
• Industrial, agricultural, or food processing construction experience required; greenfield experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction, current First Aid/CPR, and competent-person training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership and coordinate contractors through foremen or field representatives.
• Establish daily and weekly priorities, conduct coordination meetings, and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate work with Project Manager, Field Execution Leader, customer reps, inspectors, and vendors.
• Maintain an orderly, professional jobsite with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and execution.
