Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout industrial buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization per site procedures, and report access concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following emergency and security protocols.
Document observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and leadership.
