Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol Operations in Kutztown, PA to safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. You will perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide customer service while complying with site policies.

Your driving duties require a valid license and the ability to follow procedures, report incidents, and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license is required.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures at an industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
Monitor access to the location, report unusual activity, and deter unauthorized entry.
Complete daily activity reports and shift handoff communications.
