Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Industrial Shop Tech / Entry-Level Shop Assistant in a hands-on shop environment. The role supports technicians, prepares materials, and keeps the work area organized to ensure safe, efficient project completion.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in shop, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or general labor preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist shop technicians with daily tasks and projects.
- Organize and maintain shop tools, equipment, and materials.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocking supplies.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
- Prepare materials for fabrication, assembly, and repair projects.
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Perform general labor duties and other tasks as assigned.
