Job summary

Purakal Cylinders is seeking an Industrial Shipping Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will prepare cylinders for painting, mix and apply finishes, and crate shipments for delivery. You will also use our software to process orders and operate forklifts when authorized.

The role requires teamwork, strong work ethic, safety compliance, and the ability to lift heavy loads daily in a shipping/receiving environment.

Responsibilities:

As an Industrial Shipping Associate at Purakal Cylinders, you will:

• Prepare industrial parts and cylinders for painting
• Prepare and mix paint
• Apply paint to cylinders and parts
• Adhere to facial hair restrictions based on respirator use
• Build wooden crates and pallets for cylinders and parts
• Use software for processing shipments
• Assist in other manufacturing tasks
• Lift 50+ lbs. consistently
• Use Purakal's business software to support business functions
• Operate cranes and forklifts if 18 or older
