Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines and gear.
• Accurately align fabric, garments, and components to specs.
• Inspect work-in-progress and finished garments for defects and issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while meeting productivity standards.
• Support training of peers and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
