MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Sewing / Machine Technician (TMO) for 1st shift to operate a variety of automated machinery used to fabricate, assemble and move products. You will ensure parts meet quality standards and deliveries remain on schedule.
The role requires reading dimensional drawings, setting up and diagnosing equipment, and contributing to standard work and safety guidelines. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience are required.

Operates a variety of complex equipment or specific automated machinery or tools to fabricate, manufacture, assemble or move products meeting all necessary specifications and quality control standards. Maintains and monitors machinery and tools to ensure proper function. Produces a high quality product delivered in a timely manner to satisfy customers. Solves problems with the assistance of other team members and seeks continuous improvement. Completes all activities with a high regard for the safety of others and oneself. May serve as area trainer on specific equipment and / or processes, and assist in development of departmental / functional guidelines.

High school diploma or its equivalent (GED for example)
Work experience which demonstrates performance competency
Minimum 1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in reading dimensional production drawings and specifications.
Experience in and knowledge of accessing and using information system computer databases.
